Last updated: November 19, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Steve Does Travel ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the traveler or customer ("you", "client", or "traveler").

By booking travel with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These terms include warranties and disclaimers and exclusions of liability and may restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to Steve Does Travel.

1. Eligibility, Authority, and Responsibility

By using the services of Steve Does Travel, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement;
  • You possess the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself and/or any members of your travel party for whom you are making bookings;
  • You are financially responsible for all transactions made under your name or account, whether for yourself or on behalf of others, including minors and third parties;
  • You will only make legitimate reservations for you and/or members of your party, and not for speculative, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including but not limited to bookings intended to hold space or test pricing without the intent to purchase;
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when booking or communicating with us, and understand that any errors or omissions may result in delays, additional costs, or the cancellation of your travel arrangements.

You further agree to inform all individuals for whom you are making travel arrangements of these Terms and Conditions and warrant that they accept and agree to be bound by them. Any violation of this section may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s) and forfeiture of any payments made.

2. Rates and Inclusions

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If pricing is originally listed in a foreign currency, the amount shown in USD is an estimated conversion based on the exchange rate at the time of quotation and is subject to change. Final charges to your credit card may vary based on:

  • The exchange rate used by your card issuer at the time of processing, and
  • Any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.

We are not responsible for differences in the charged amount due to currency fluctuations or fees assessed by your bank or credit card company.

Quoted rates generally include accommodations, transportation, meals, sightseeing, and guide services as outlined in your specific itinerary. Any additional services not specifically listed (such as optional excursions, gratuities, incidentals, or travel insurance) are not included and may incur additional costs.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

Steve Does Travel acts solely as an intermediary or agent for a wide range of independent third-party suppliers providing travel services included in your booking and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused by the suppliers or any other parties. These suppliers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Airlines
  • Cruise lines
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Tour operators and local guides
  • Transportation companies (e.g., rental cars, rail, ferries, private transfers)
  • Travel insurance providers
  • Visa and passport services
  • Excursion operators and activity providers

Each of these suppliers operates independently and may have their own terms and conditions, policies, and liability limitations that apply to your travel arrangements. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of these suppliers, which may limit or exclude liability. These terms are not under our control and may include important conditions regarding:

  • Cancellations and refunds
  • Schedule changes
  • Baggage policies
  • Health and safety requirements
  • Entry restrictions or requirements for specific destinations

You may receive receipts, tickets, confirmations, or other documentation directly from these suppliers. It is your responsibility to review these documents carefully and to retain them for your records.

We do not own or operate any of the services or accommodations provided and cannot guarantee the performance or availability of services offered by third parties.

All offers, incentives, and supplier promotions are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Steve Does Travel is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including changes in fares, schedules, or supplier restrictions. Travelers are strongly advised to confirm reservations well in advance of their intended travel dates to avoid disappointment, increased costs, or late booking fees.

4. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

By booking with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of arranging your travel services. This may include sharing information with third-party suppliers. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.  www.stevedoestravel.com/privacy

5. Reservations and Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a required deposit, the amount of which will vary depending on the specific travel arrangements and supplier terms. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline specified on your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all payments made.

By providing your credit card or payment information, you authorize Steve Does Travel, its host agency (Cruises and Tours Unlimited / Outside Agents), or relevant third-party suppliers to charge your card for the agreed-upon travel services, including deposits, final payments, revisions, or any other applicable fees.

Please note: Charges may appear on your credit card statement under the name of a third party, such as the travel supplier, cruise line, airline, or our host agency, Cruises and Tours Unlimited / Outside Agents, depending on the arrangements made. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer.

We accept payment via major credit cards or debit cards. Some suppliers or payment processors may assess additional fees, which will be disclosed to you in advance where applicable. All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each Supplier’s terms and conditions of booking. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a Supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being denied access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, or in your forfeiting any monies paid for your reservations. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and under deposit. You may not be entitled to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans after confirmation of a booking. All cancellation requests must be sent to Steve Does Travel in writing. As a result of cancellation or changes to confirmed bookings third-party Supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the Supplier’s refund.

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed, and you will be responsible for any increases in cost imposed by the Supplier, as well as any BTA or Supplier change fees. All requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing to BTA. When tour, cruise or package prices are based on Suppliers’ contract rates, you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of travel.

6. Booking

It is your responsibility to review all booking details carefully upon receipt, including traveler names, travel dates, destinations, accommodations, and any other itinerary components.

By confirming your booking with Steve Does Travel, you agree to the services as outlined and accept all associated terms and conditions, including those of third-party suppliers. You must provide accurate traveler information at the time of booking, including full legal names as they appear on government-issued identification.

Certain bookings may require the submission of documents such as passports, waivers, or travel insurance confirmations within specified timelines. Failure to provide required documents or information may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of your trip.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the booking details once you have confirmed them. Changes requested after confirmation may incur revision fees or supplier penalties.

Note: Some providers, like airlines, consider certain changes (such as name changes), as cancellations of service. Consequently, the service will need to be rebooked at the current rate.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, missed connections, or other travel-related issues.

Steve Does Travel offers travel insurance through through several Travel Insurance Companies. Upon request, we can provide you with a quote and policy details tailored to your trip. It is your responsibility to review the policy coverage, terms, exclusions, and limitations before purchase.

Please be aware that most travel insurance policies must be purchased shortly after your initial deposit in order to include coverage for pre-existing medical conditions or Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) benefits.

Declining travel insurance may result in the loss of your travel investment if you are forced to cancel or experience an emergency while traveling. Steve Does Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a traveler’s decision not to purchase insurance.

8. Revisions, Deviations, and Cancellations

Revisions and Deviations

All requests to revise or deviate from your confirmed itinerary must be made in writing. This includes changes to travel dates, destinations, accommodations, traveler information, or other itinerary components. All changes are subject to availability and may incur:

  • Supplier-imposed change fees
  • Fare or rate differences

Not all changes can be guaranteed, especially close to the departure date.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must also be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees vary based on the policies of the individual travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators), and may include:

  • Partial or full loss of your deposit
  • Loss of full payment if cancellation occurs after final payment due date
  • Non-refundable components (e.g., some airline tickets, group tours, or promotional bookings)

In many cases, suppliers consider no-shows or last-minute cancellations to be 100% non-refundable.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the terms and conditions of each supplier involved in your booking. Steve Does Travel does not control refund decisions or timelines. Processing times vary and may take several weeks or longer.

Administrative fees may be deducted from any refund processed. Travel insurance may provide coverage for cancellations due to covered reasons, and we strongly recommend reviewing your policy or purchasing one if you haven’t already.

Please note: Refusal to travel due to fear of illness, pandemics, civil unrest, or changing personal circumstances is not typically a valid reason for a refund unless covered by your travel insurance policy. Please reference your policy for more information.

9. No Shows

A “No Show” occurs when a traveler fails to appear for a scheduled travel service (such as a flight, hotel check-in, tour departure, or transfer) without prior notification to the relevant supplier.

No Shows may result in the following consequences:

  • Immediate cancellation of remaining services or portions of your itinerary without refund.
  • Forfeiture of all deposits and payments related to the missed service.
  • Suppliers may apply additional penalties or fees, which will be your responsibility.

Steve Does Travel is not responsible for missed services due to No Shows and cannot guarantee rebooking or refunds. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure timely arrival and adherence to schedules.

If you anticipate being late or unable to attend a scheduled service, you must notify us or the supplier as soon as possible to explore potential alternatives or changes.

10. Chargebacks, and Adjustments

Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a cardholder disputes a charge directly with their credit card issuer. Chargebacks related to travel bookings made through Steve Does Travel are considered a breach of contract unless the dispute has been first brought to us for resolution.

If you have an issue with your booking, please contact Steve Does Travel immediately so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees, suspension of services, and legal action to recover losses.

You waive any right to a chargeback in case of cancellation (except for fraud) including Force Majeure event(s) (as described below) and agree to refund policies and procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions. In the event you attempt a chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without our authorization, we have the right to collect additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with the chargeback, including, but not limited to, attorney fees.

If a Future Travel Credit (“FTC”) or Future Cruise Credit (FCC) was issued to a client prior to a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately rescind the FTC upon notification of the chargeback.

Adjustments

Any adjustments to charges, including credits or refunds, will be processed through Steve Does Travel or the relevant supplier, depending on the situation. We reserve the right to apply administrative fees for processing changes or refunds.

11. Traveler Identification, Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents required for their trip, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any required vaccinations.

Entry to any country may be denied if the correct documents are not presented. No refunds will be provided for denied entry, missed connections, or other travel disruptions resulting from improper or incomplete documentation.

Important: Many countries require that your passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your date of entry. Failure to meet this requirement may result in denied boarding, entry refusal, or removal from the destination country. It is your responsibility to verify and ensure your passport meets this and all other entry requirements for each destination on your itinerary.

Travel document requirements can vary by destination and may change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with all passport, visa, and travel document regulations well in advance of your departure.

Children and infants may also require travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent, and/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities.

We strongly recommend consulting official government and international resources for the most up-to-date information, including:

Please ensure all documents are valid for the duration of your travel and meet the destination country’s requirements.

12. Risks and Safety

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. We urge clients to remain informed on a daily basis regarding current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on health and safety conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at state.gov, tsa.gov, dot.gov, faa.gov, cdc.gov, and cbp.gov. The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by visiting step.state.gov.

By offering for sale travel to particular destinations, Steve Does Travel does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and shall not be liable for costs, damages, or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. Your participation constitutes acceptance of such events at your own risk.

Certain activities included as part of itineraries we book pose inherent risks and may be dangerous. Your itinerary may also involve travel to remote areas without access to medical facilities or treatment, changing weather conditions, interactions or encounters with wildlife, and other potentially dangerous conditions. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you are aware that the physical exertion required to participate in certain activities can activate or aggravate pre-existing injuries, conditions, or congenital defects. You acknowledge that you should seek medical advice if you know or suspect that your physical condition may be incompatible with the activities on your itinerary. You may be required to wear approved safety equipment while participating in certain activities, and by booking travel with us and participating in these activities, you agree to use the recommended safety equipment and to ask questions if you are unsure about how to properly or safely use it.

If you use, consume, or are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs prior to or while engaging in any activities on your itinerary, you assume and accept all risks, dangers, and hazards that may result, including the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, and loss—even in the event of negligence or fault by Steve Does Travel or third parties—and you agree to indemnify us from any liability for any damage to property or personal injury to any third party resulting from your participation in the activities while, during, or after consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs.

In the event of emergent health or safety concerns, once we have investigated the prevailing situation, Steve Does Travel shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether to proceed with any escorted trip or private departure, or to make alterations to the itinerary.

13. Client Conduct

Each participant on any trip escorted by Steve Does Travel is expected to act responsibly and adhere to all behavior guidelines established by us and our suppliers, including dress codes at religious or cultural sites or other supplier-specific requirements. We and all local suppliers reserve the right to remove you from any facility, hotel or resort property, tour location, or means of transportation if your health or conduct appears to endanger yourself or others, disrupts the general well-being of other clients, or interferes with the operation or security of the places you visit. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

By booking with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be paid directly at the time to the accommodation owner, manager, or other supplier. You agree to indemnify Steve Does Travel for the full amount of any claim, including legal costs, made against us. We are not responsible for any costs incurred concerning a guest removed from a trip, or any portion of a trip. You agree not to hold Steve Does Travel or any of our affiliates liable for actions taken under these terms and conditions. Baggage and personal effects remain at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.

The transportation, possession, or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of your trip and may result in prosecution by law enforcement authorities. You are responsible for knowing and observing the licensing laws for drug possession—including prescription and over-the-counter medications—for all countries and states you visit. Laws may require you to carry a prescription from your doctor.

14. Accommodations

Accommodations provided as part of your travel arrangements are booked based on local standards, which may differ from those in your home country. Room categories, amenities, and services vary by property and destination.

While we strive to fulfill any special requests (such as room type, bed configuration, or specific views), these are not guaranteed and are always subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Hotel check-in and check-out times vary by property and are subject to the hotel’s policies. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, which are your responsibility.

Please be aware that hotels may require a valid credit card or deposit upon check-in for incidental charges. You are responsible for any incidental charges, damages, or losses incurred during your stay.

15. Ground Transportation and Rail Travel

Ground transportation services and rail travel booked through Steve Does Travel may include transfers, shuttle services, private car hires, buses, and trains.

Schedules and availability are subject to change by the service providers. It is your responsibility to arrive on time at designated pickup points and stations.

Tickets or vouchers for ground transportation and rail services may be issued by third-party suppliers and must be presented at the time of service.

Certain providers may have specific baggage allowances, seating arrangements, or policies regarding cancellations and changes. Please review these carefully.

Steve Does Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by transportation providers.

16. Special Travel Needs (Accessibility, Disabilities)

If you have any special travel needs due to accessibility requirements, disabilities, or medical conditions, please notify us at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, not all services or suppliers may be fully accessible.

You may be required to provide documentation from a medical professional or complete additional forms for airlines, tour operators or Disney Vacations.

17. Dietary Needs

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies well in advance of your trip. While we will communicate your requirements to suppliers and venues, accommodations cannot be guaranteed and may be limited depending on location. It is your responsibility to verify any dietary needs directly with the supplier at time of service. Steve Does Travel is not responsible if a restaurant, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider on your tour is unable to, or fails to accommodate your dietary restrictions or requirements.

18. Air Arrangements

Air travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline carrier. Changes, cancellations, upgrades, and baggage policies are governed by the airline and may vary significantly.

Please verify all flight details, including baggage allowances and check-in times, and ensure you comply with airline regulations.

19. Cruise Arrangements

Cruise travel is subject to the cruise line’s terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, embarkation requirements, and onboard conduct. Changes or cancellations may incur fees as dictated by the cruise line.

Please review your cruise documents thoroughly and follow all instructions provided.

20. Tour Arrangements

Tours and excursions arranged through Steve Does Travel are operated solely by independent third-party suppliers. All tour itineraries, schedules, transportation, accommodations, and related services are subject to change at any time due to local conditions, operational requirements, weather, or decisions made by the applicable supplier. We shall not be liable for any modification, deviation, delay, or cancellation of any tour or excursion itinerary, nor for any resulting costs, losses, or inconveniences.

21. Limitation of Liability for Independent Travel Arrangements

Steve Does travel is not liable or responsible for any arrangements made independently of us. We assume no responsibility for costs or fees you incur for independent arrangements not booked through Steve Does Travel, inclusive of, but not limited to, airline, hotel, excursion, and travel protection related charges. If you make your own flight arrangements, we are not responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries, or travel dates, and cannot assist you with any schedule changes or delays related to air reservations you have made on your own arrangement. It may not be possible to earn frequent flyer or other loyalty points for reservations on your itinerary. With limited exceptions, hotel and airline rewards or points cannot be redeemed for travel arrangements made by us.

In the event that an error or omission affects your travel booking, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and advise you as soon as possible. However, we reserve the right to adjust pricing, reissue quotes, or modify itineraries if necessary due to supplier changes or corrections to inaccurate information.

Under no circumstances shall Steve Does Travel be liable for any losses or damages arising from errors, omissions, or changes in the information provided, whether such errors are made by us, our employees, or our suppliers.
